Here is the third set of pictures from our tour of the old city. First was a picture of the western wall. The next picture is describing the area of Robinson's Arch which the next picture shows what is left today. The next picture is an inscription in Hebrew denoting the place where the trumpet was blown from the temple mount. The next is the information sign telling about this reproduction. The picture next is from the Hula gate area this is the southern wall of the temple mount retaining wall. The next picture is the ruins of the homes of the wealthy who had homes right on the steps leading into the temple. The last picture is some of the ruins with the Mount of Olives in the backgound. |
